Scheduling a Visit at Our Orthodontist Office

At your initial complimentary examination, we will give you a tour of our facilities and discuss how we can serve you or your child. Please have your Medical History Form filled out before you arrive. This will allow Dr. Moody to see you in a timely fashion.

Dr. Moody will perform a thorough examination and discuss any of your concerns. One of the following outcomes will be determined at this visit:

  • No treatment is needed.
  • Treatment is needed, but not at this time
  • Treatment is needed at this time

If Dr. Moody and her team feel you are ready for treatment, please know that we have reserved time for you to start immediately.
